A copy of this super rare 1950 annual in FINE+ condition with great square corners and full sound spine showing only the mearest hint of wear, the first of the hard cover annuals just superb. Inside there is an inscription in the neatest hand in the belongs to box “David with lots of love Mum & Dad”the price has not been clipped and every one of the clean, stiff pages is as it came from the printers, fantastic, and as a huge bonus an original paper folding of Ruperts Paper Plane, yes I thought the same this just get better and better. This is a must for all collectors.

This annual in VERY GOOD condition due some age spots to the paper covered boards and some staining to the top left hand corner but other wise with only the mearest hint of bumping to the still square corners and to the top and tail of the spine but the colours as clear and bright as the day it was purchased. Inside there is a very neat inscription “F. Manning 17 Pollards Hill W. Norbury S.W.16 love from Ethel” in the belongs to box and the price has been clipped but the pages are as bright and full of vibrant colour as you could wish, clean, sound to binding a lovely firm, sound annual.

As clean and as bright as the day it was purchased in FINE+ condition what an annual,beautiful square corners with virtually no wear or bumping the top and tail of the spine with only a hint of wear , the fantasticaly clean paper covered board covers incredible, only if you feel the right hand edge of thr front cover can you feel a slight indent, all in all superb. Inside there is no inscription but it has been price clipped but the pages dazzle you with the colour and so clean and bright, and all so firm to the binding, a fantastic copy of this very rare annual, obviously put away on Boxing Day 58 years ago it’s sheer magic.

A cracking annual that I have clasified as in GOOD condition due to minor wear to the corners although the top front right has worn the paper away right on the tip and minor shelf wear to the top and tail of the spine and edges, but the cover is clean and bright and full of colour which this years annual you usually find faded this one isn’t. Inside there is no inscription and it has not been price clipped the pages are beautifully clean, stiff and bursting with colour, the painting competition has been completed in pencil crayon but on the whole a marvellous example of this vey rare annual.

So very very hard to find and in VERY GOOD condition with the corners of the glossy board covers square and sharp maybe a bump to the top front right, the spine full and well defined with some wear and bumping top and tail. Inside there is an inscription on the first illustrated page “To Paula with love from Auntie x Christmas 1954” and in the “belongs to box in the tiniest of writing “Nicola”. Every page is stiff, clean and bright, regretfully the painting competition on page 122 has been started very poorly in crayon, the binding is firm and sound. Overall a lovely rare annual.

The second of the Laminated board covers which have proven to be so fragile but this annual in GOOD+ condition with only a hint of bumping to the corners and to the top and tail of the spine bright and full of colour. Internally there is an inscription but the price has not been clipped and all of the pages are stiff, sound to the binding, and so clean, bright and bursting with colour. The crossword has been completed but the painting competition as can be seen from the photo’s has hardly been touched where it has been strated in water colour this has not transferred. All in all still a fabulous copy of this very rare annual.

Wow this annual is to die for, in FINE condition the only defects to be found is some miniscule bump to the bottom right corner of the cover and the bottom of the spine, and some very minor wear to the top of the spine the covers are otherwise fabulous. Inside the is an inscription but it’s not price clipped and the painting competition has barley been started in pencil crayon. The whole annual is stiff, bright, clean and bursting with fantastic colour. This now very hard to find annual is a must for any collector.

A great copy of this ever hard to find annual in GOOD + condition with pin sharp corners and a hint of wear to the top and tail of the spine the laminate just starting to crack about 1cm at the bottom of the spine but the front and rear covers clean and bursting with colour. Inside there is an inscription in beautifull hand writing “Lester, with love from Auntie Jean ( xmas 1958)is not price clipped and with only the hint of the painting competition started. Lester must have had a Bulldog printing set for Christmas as he has made two imprints Lester O’ Sullivan on the front ffep. Overall a rare annual in still great condition.
