Oh my oh my, what a stunning annual and in FINE PLUS CONDITION. The bold and vibrant pictorial paper covered board covers are so clean, the colours so bright, only a tiny touch of edge wear to the bottom front edge, the corners with hardly a touch of bump but with wear, the spine full and complete and faded uniformly. Inside there is a very neat inscription in faded ink and a lovely script hand, “Jill Horn 24 Priory Road Dunstable from Grannie with best love ???? As 1939”. The odd fox ing to the first and last couple or so of pages. The pages are so firm and stiff to the touch the binding sound and firm with a little stretch at pages 16/17, 32/33, 48/49 and 80/81, the odd tiny edge tear at the spine.
