Packing, shipping & delivery costs
In my many years of collecting books the cost of “Post and Packing” is always the one variable that
disappoints it can even make the difference between buying the book or not. They are so variable, size
of book, weight of book or even value and quantity of books. For that reason I have applied the simple maxim of “ treat others as you would wish to be treated” therefore set out below are our terms;
United Kingdom Mainland
The charge will be £2.00 per book.
The item will be sent 1st. Class via Royal Mail. Should you require any other level of service or insurance
please telephone or e-mail for a quotation.
United Kingdom outlying areas
Such as the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland.
The charge will be £2.00 per book.
The item will be sent 1st. Class via Royal Mail. Should you require any other level of service or insurance
please telephone or e-mail for a quotation.
Rest of the World
Please ensure that prior to ordering, you e-mail us for a quotation for your specific location and level
of service required in respect of speed and insurance should this be applicable.

Our Terms Trading are quite simple and straight forward but we do ask that you read them prior to ordering and that you agree with them.

Shopping
Please follow the instructions to both browse the site and order. Should there be any problems we are just a telephone call away or e-mail. When you have selected your purchase and place an order we will confirm your purchase via e-mail
Payment
Payment can be made in many ways;

2) By a sterling cheque drawn on a British bank made out to P.R. Lacey
3) By a Postal Order if required made out to P.R.Lacey.
4) By a Bankers Draft made out to P.R.Lacey
5) By an International Money Order made out to P.R.Lacey
All items will be shipped after clearance of payment.
Regretfully we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments as the percentage charged by the bank operators for this service is just too high.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that all our books are described as accurately as possible, but, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter. Do not return a book without first contacting us. Our reputation is built on our customers satisfaction.
